Green Filmmaking Workshop tomorrow !

Green Filmmaking Workshop

June 4 | 15:00 - 17:00 | Studio/K | Amsterdam
Damage: free
Language: Dutch
Have you ever wondered just how green 'green films' actually are? We have, that's why this year's festival includes a Green Filmmaking workshop. In general, making a film involves a lot of energy, waste, and CO2 emissions. But if we can integrate the principles of 'reduce, reuse, recycle' in producing films and documentaries - without losing out on money or quality - then that can all change!

The Dutch Environmental Film Festival's 'Green Filmmaking' workshop focuses on the solutions to environmentally friendly film production. With a panel of well experienced and starting film makers, 'green' producers, as well as experts in sustainability. Our two hour afternoon session will shed new light on the green film theme, and will ultimately lead to green guidelines for climate neutral producing.

Yoeri van Alteren, CEO of the 'Club van 30', illustrates his experiences with greening the entertainment industry. One Minute Brand shares their stories about paperless commercial production, and director Allard Faas leads the discussion between these people, filmmakers, producers, crew, and you...
